I am too LAZY!

Miguel is in Japan, coming back on Sunday after almost two weeks. So much I meant to do in the time and what did I do? Little.

Well, i was crocheting like mad, listened to audiobooks, had long walkies with :dackel: and sparred on Facebook and Twitter ... but so much stuff just lying where it was two weeks ago.  The early darkness is wreaking havoc with my daily routines (which I am trying to change, so it shouldn't be that bad, but it is. :grumpy: :p )

The getting up early thing we started in July is still there, only now that there is no Migi ta walk to the office with, we are dawdling too much. :crit:

I am really wasting too much time. Hmph.

:sigh:

One of my clocks (an art clock with batteries and a temperamental set of hands) is still set to daylight savings time and will stay that way :manic:

My inner clock seems to have adjusted a little better this year :crossed:

Funny how this is actually the first time in my life the clock change affected me at all. :crit: definitely a drawback in having something like a routine. :crit:

And it really annoys me to no end how flipping early it is pitch black night. 5pm?? It is just stupid. (This, on the other hand, is like it always is. I so miss the long bright evenings … :sigh: )

:yes2:  driving home today late afternoon at nightfall ( :duh: ) i still had my driving glasses on  from the bright sun earlier, such long rays low on the horizon, lovely except when driving in and out of shadow. so i should have been happy it was dark :crit:

i like to keep one clock on old time

yes, the low slanted sunlight can be really blinding.

But it makes the most wonderful light of the year.

Looking on the bright side

And the car parked next to mine yesterday had curious wee decals. They are windblown rain soaked leaves :wow:

I snuck a photo:
