It is the leftover yarn from the sweater! I am knitting a cowl to join to itself at the grey row. There are a few beads knit in. I've not done that before.

 paper person too :hey:

Learning and making the cards was so much fun!

erm... :blush2: after the party I collected everyone's cracker papers to make into boxes or something. Too pretty to get rid.

The key idea is probably all over Pinterest. Just new to me

oh, the grey yarn is taken out again when you are joining it  do you put the beads on small loops of the yarn? Or did you thread them on the yarn? :where:

I never can throw away nice paper or cardboard stuff. :blush2: Always happy when I find a way to use it  I am "dressing" ugly matchboxes in nice paper. :duck:

Sounds like a good use - and it is a shame to throw out nice stuff.

Er, assuming there's still room in the dwelling for it

apropos arts & crafts: I made four shawls for Christmas, three for nieces and one for my sister (crochet). There will be (mediocre) pictures - especially my sis' one was hard to photograph, especially with little time. And I made a pile of sectional origami wreaths (again). :p

one I kept for myself:

Oh nice gifts! The photo itself is :swoon:

I am making a warm hat for my :old: fellow :freeze: and ear-warmers (like half a warm hat) for other menfolk family. :bee:Busy bees here

I just made the dough for the maple syrup cookies :oh:

Migi came over with the expressed intention of licking the spoons.

 for noncoslomos

The wreath is just wonderful, and the warm hats and ear warmers are probably EXACTLY what the recipients will need, and be very grateful for with the weather the way it's been :crit:

Ahem, at least Migi was honest (moi would certainly lick the spoons AND sneak some of the dough, when Moo's back was turned)
